Alanis Morissette’s album “Jagged Little Pill” ushered in the angry female pop singer in 1995. The album sold 15 million copies in the US and is considered the number one album of the 1990’s. It won a slew of awards worldwide and is also on many “Greatest Albums of all time” lists. “Head Over Feet” was the fifth single released and is my favorite from the album.

You’ve already won me over in spite of me
And don’t be alarmed if I fall head over feet
Don’t be surprised if I love you for all that you are
I couldn’t help it
It’s all your fault

– Lyrics from “Head Over Feet”

The video was pretty neat. It came in two versions. One, shown here, was the “head” version and the other was the “feet” version that showed her feet while the song played.
